Our Consultancy & Management Scope
- Feasibility Studies: Comprehensive technical and financial analysis to determine the viability of a project before investment.
- Tender Management & Evaluation: Assisting clients in drafting technical specifications and evaluating contractor bids to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Owner’s Representation: Acting as the technical eyes and ears for the client, overseeing on-site contractors to ensure compliance with design blueprints.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Managing the “Triple Constraint”—Scope, Schedule, and Budget—from initial kickoff to final hand-over.
- Safety & Quality Audits: Conducting independent inspections to ensure installations meet NFPA, IEEE, and local HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.
- Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Oversight: Validating that all systems (from PLCs to Switchgear) operate according to the original design intent.
